Shipping Policy

CHANSS Industries is committed to deliver the customer’s order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by the website.

  1. We deliver only to locations within India.
  2. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If the customer wishes to ship products to different addresses, they need to place multiple orders.
  3. We make best efforts to ship each item in the customer’s order within 7 to 20 working days from the date of order placement depending upon the customer location. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship any order completely within 30 working days of the order, we shall cancel the order, and send an email informing the customer about the same. In such cases, the payment against the order or part of the order shall be refunded, in the same mode and manner that the customer had made the payment.
  4. Our logistics department works on all working days of week (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  5. You may also get a call from the Courier Company/ Logistics partner confirming the tentative date and the time of delivery. However, as we do not have any direct control over the courier partners/ logistics partner, we cannot guarantee that they will act only in a certain manner or will necessarily call before getting your order for delivery.
  6. The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises or wherever it is physically possible to deliver the goods. For higher floors, we are not equipped to deliver the goods to your doorstep. You are requested to arrange for your own labourers/ manpower to get the big products to the higher floor. The responsibility of our logistics partners to deliver the large products is restricted to the ground floor or maximum first floor of the building.
  7. If the customer believes that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, they are requested to refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or send a mail to chanssindustries@gmail.com , mentioning their order reference number. Our customer service team shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to them at the earliest.
  8. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
